Venture Consulting Group, Inc. has both Consulting and Interim Management positions available with our clients. Consulting Engagements typically run between 30 and 90 days with several extending to 6 months or more. Interim Management positions are typically one-year assignments. Assignments are primarily in North America, however some assignments are located in, or may require travel to Western Europe or the Asia Pacific Region. VCGi uses a formalized process to ensure that all consulting and interim management contractors meet the same standards as our permanent staff. Upon submission of your resume, you will be interviewed over the telephone by at least one of the principals of the firm. If we are interested in adding you to our database or have a specific project in mind, we will arrange follow-up interviews and will check references. Clients have access to our database where they can search for consultants or interim managers with the specific skills that they require. VCGi has developed a number of proprietary and trademarked methodologies used in our consulting practices. Consultants can become certified in using our methodologies. Certification requires that you complete the designated course of study and have been a team member on one or more projects using that methodology. Certified consultants are noted as such in our database. We recognize independent consultants as valuable members of our team. A number of our project consultants have been on continual assignments with us for over 2 years. Long-standing VCGi independent consultants are given preference should they desire a permanent position.
