Ron Sacks brings over twenty years of diverse executive start-up, strategy, marketing and operations management experience to clients across multiple industries who want to create substantial new business opportunity...improve their profitability...and establish a disciplined approach for continued growth.

Mr. Sacks is the founder and Managing Partner of Venture Consulting Group; an independent management consulting firm that specializes in helping clients develop and grow new business ventures, and improve or turnaround existing businesses. Through VCGi, he has also been engaged as an interim executive and has served as a VP of Marketing for a corporate venture, COO for a start-up business, and CEO of a publicly traded company.

Mr. Sacks has guided the formation and launch of several leading-edge technology ventures, including alliances, new business units, partnerships and joint ventures. In addition, he has provided advisory services to a number of outside vendors and industry players seeking to better position their services within the Telecommunications and IT Services industries. Mr. Sacks is respected for his disciplined yet flexible approach to analyzing clients' business requirements and subsequently turning concepts into viable, competitive businesses.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sacks held key positions at AT&T, in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Development and engineering. He played a key role in the start-up of AT&T's Network Management Division, and guided it as a new venture through its early years. The venture has since become the industry leader in the network outsourcing and managed solutions marketplace. While at AT&T, Mr. Sacks also directed national sales and engineering teams, addressing the wide-range of network service and product needs of global business enterprises. His pragmatic management approach always guided his teams to consistently exceed targets and client expectations.

Mr. Sacks holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Stern School of Management at New York University.
